American Recycler: Sony Promotes Take Back Recycling Plan

According to American Recycler, Sony is working harder to promote its wildly successful Take Back Recycling program. The program began in 2007 and aims to provide a collection center for unwanted electronics within 20 miles of 95% of the U.S. population. In 2016 alone, these collection centers helped recycle almost 10,000 tonnes of e-waste. The program has cumulatively amassed over 222,000 tonnes since its inception.
